Porter’s Value chain analysis 价值链分析

The value chain describes those activities of the organization that add value to purchase in puts. Primary activities are involved in the production of goods and services. Support activities provide necessary assistance. Linkages are the relationships between activities. Managing the value chain, which includes relationships with outside suppliers, can be a source of strategic advantage.

主要活动：可以直接增加产品价值的活动。

包括：Inbound logistics 进货物流：原材料的储存和运输；Operation生产过程：生产, 组装，测试；Outbound logistics出货物流：产成品的仓储和运输；Marketing and sales营销：打广告、促销、定价策略、销售渠道；Service 售后服务：安装、维修配件

支持性活动：secondary 使primary activity 做的更好，从而间接的提高产品价值。

包括：Firm infrastructure 企业的基本构造: 综合管理、会计核算、融资、战略计划；Human resource management人力资源管理：员工招聘、培训、发展；Technology development技术发展：产品研发、流程研发；Procurement采购。
