ACCA APM知识点Balanced scorecard需要掌握的内容是什么？

2、Customer perspective 【侧重点：Customer satisfaction，requirement 顾客侧重于什么我们就要达到什么，KPI 就指向哪】

【KPI】

1）Rank in customer surveys 【可以采取这个方法考量】

2）Market share 【General】【也可以是 growth rate of sales】

3）Repeat order rate 【General】【少见，但是如果材料中 industry 符合，也可写】

4）Level of complaints 【General】

5）Brand index

3、Internal process perspective 【侧重点：process efficiency，productivity】

【KPI】

1）Percentage reduction in process cycle time 【考察内部 efficiency】

2）Number of engineering changes

3）Capacity utilisation【General】【在 case 中可以具体说明是哪些 resource 的，不要只说这一个】

4）Order response time 【也可以是侧面影响 customer satisfaction，在题目中考虑侧重点，如果customer 特别 value 这个反应时间，那么就应该算作是 customer】

5）Process capability

4、Learning and innovation perspective 【侧重点：employee training，R&D】

【KPI】

1）Leadership competence

2）Percentage of patent-protected turnover 【更常见的是: New product revenue as a percentage of total revenue generated，这个集中体现了创新能力】

3）Training days per employee 【Genenral】

4）Quality improvement team participation 【General】
