1、Installment sales 赊销

产品卖出之后，买家分期付款。Revenue and associated cost of goods sold are recognized only when cash is received.

特点：

（1）商品所有权的转让一般以应收账款全部收清为条件，在此之前不转让商品所有权。

在销售成立时，购货者需先付一定数额的的定金，之后按合同规定分期付清货款。

（3）购销双方通常需要订立合同，而且常见的合同为担保合同。

2、Installment method 分期付款方式

适用于collectibility can not be reasonably estimated.

Profit=cash collected during the period*(total expected profit/sales)

3、Cost recovery method  成本回收法

适用于collectibility ishighly uncertain.

定义：Profit is recognized only when cash collected exceeds costs incurred.

成本回收法指由租赁双方在签订租赁合同时商定，各期按照一定的规律收回本金，再加上应收的利息即为各期租金。
