过完这部分的内容之后，比较薄弱的知识点可通过下列习题巩固理解，加深印象。
② Internal control and Risk management
Again，高频考点，内控和风险管理相辅相成，建议放在一起复习，核心要点如下：
a. Internal control (objectives / benefits and limitations / deficiency identification)
b. COSO (3+4+5)
c.Internal audit (qualities 1+2+3 / accountabilities / audit committee)
d.Ethics
e.Risk management (4 equations / risk awareness embedment / risk management policy / process:6 steps
③Financial analysis
融合性很强的章节，每一个话题都可以用financial analysis作为supporting, 因此把它当工具，不要当知识点~除了本身就已经很重要的前置知识点：（financial ratio / decision-making techniques (Relevant costing / NPV / IRR / ROCE/ Payback/EV and decision tree等）之外，强调IT对finance部门的影响和改造：business partner / outsourcing /SSC。
